Secret 1: Mind
Through understanding and applying simple daily habits we make changes stick!
The first secret is that getting into new habits is critical to applying and sustaining the benefits of Health Secrets.
Week 1 Daily Habits Summary
This week is just about familiarisation.  Read through the Health Secrets book, get a good understanding of the Secrets and Habits.   

Pay close attention to the information in the guide about the Mind.  Especially in applying the habits successfully.  We will just be going a few habits at a time each week to gradually ease you into your new lifestyle.
IMPORTANT! 4 Weeks To Alkaline
If you haven't already got this, we really recommend that you get our "4 Weeks To Alkaline" Guidebook.  This makes the transition to alkaline food a lot easier!  It contains RECIPES, MEAL PLANS and SHOPPING LISTS that does all the work for you!  You'll then have this ready for SECRET 3: BALANCE when we will be introducing alkaline meals.

Secret 2: Clear
Clear out the body to absorb & transport nutrients, and stop the body poisoning itself.
This is a critical step to make sure that everything else we do is effective.  
If you are not seeing many positive changes from previous effort you have made, it is almost always down to a clogged system.
Week 2 Daily Habits Schedule
  Upon Waking: Take Munogen, Do Lymphatic Breathing
  In The Evening (2 times a week): Take Himalayan Bath and Meditate
  Schedule a cleanse with pHlush as soon as possible!
HABIT 1: Clear Out Your Cardio System & Keep Blood Supercharged
Munogen supplies L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, clears out your cardio system and gives your body all it needs to produce the same blood flow as you had when you were a teenager.   This will boost blood flow, oxygen delivery, nutrient delivery, immune cells and the removal of wastes all over the body! 
 WHAT: Take 3 capsules of Munogen, once per day for 2 weeks to detox. 
     Then take 1 per day thereafter to keep your blood flow supercharged!
 WHEN: As soon as you get up in the morning.

HABIT 2: Himalayan Baths
This will get your pores unblocked and activated. At the same time, it will mineralise your system. In a process known as dermal absorption, the skin soaks up minerals from the water – sometimes even better than if you consumed the same minerals! Himalayan salt will also pull out toxins through your skin. Not to mention making you feel completely relaxed.   
 WHAT: Add 1lb / 0.5kg of Himalayan Rock Salt to a bath and relax for 30 mins.
OPTIONAL: Use the "Release Meditation" to meditate while you are relaxing.  You can find this here.
 WHEN: In the evening, twice a week.

HABIT 3: Lymphatic Breathing
his is one of the best, most effective exercises you can do for free, every day. It will supercharge and drive the lymph around your body. This consists of breathing in the following ratio: 
•Breathe in for 1 count;
•Hold for 4 counts;
•Breathe out for 2 counts.
For example – if you were to breathe in for five seconds, then you would hold your breath for twenty seconds and then breath out for ten.
Do this for 10 cycles at least once, preferably three times a day (morning, evening and before bed) and you’ll notice a huge difference to your energy, clarity and ability to ward off illnesses.

 WHAT: As a minimum, do one session or 10 rounds of Lymphatic Breathing.
 WHEN:  After taking Munogen in the morning.

Habit 4: LETS CLEANSE!
  To do this, just do the following:
 WHAT
  • Take pHlush once a day every day to completely clear out your digestive system.
  • ​Eat simple, light food during the cleanse. Think soups and salads. Stick to only alkaline foods in the food chart. 
  • Drink plenty of pure alkaline water each day from our Ninja Jug.
  • ​This will supercharge all the other steps and keep your body in top condition.
 WHEN: It’s recommended to cleanse every 3-6 months.  Your first one should be as soon as is practically possible. 

Secret 3: Balance
Before we can create healthy new cells, we need a healthy environment for them to live in!

Week 3 Daily Habits Schedule
  Upon Waking: Take pHour Salts, Do Lymphatic Breathing, Take Munogen
  During The Day: Have alkaline meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cut out highly acidic foods and drinks.  Drink one litre of pure alkaline water in the morning, afternoon and evening.
  In The Evening (2 times a week): Take Himalayan Bath and Meditate
Habit 5: EAT 70/30 ALKALINE/MODERATE ACID MEALS
  To do this, just do the following:
 WHAT: Download our comprehensive food chart below for a complete list of alkaline and acid foods.  Make each meal 70% Alkaline and 30% Neutral/Moderate Acid Foods.
 WHEN: For breakfast, lunch and dinner, make alkaline meals.

Habit 6: CUT OUT ALL HIGHLY ACIDIC FOODS & DRINKS
Foods: Processed Foods , Refined Sugar, Alcohol (cut down as much as possible), Farmed Fish (wild and line caught ok), Processed & Red Meat (If you want to eat meat, stick to organic), Dairy, Artificial Sweeteners, Syrup, 

Drinks: Tap and bottled water (go for filtered alkaline water.) Black tea, coffee, Soft Drinks / Soda, Concentrated Fruit Juices 

Habit 7: DRINK AT LEAST 3 LITRES OF PURE ALKALINE WATER A DAY
This creates a balance in the system, rather than disturbing it.   To help you easily get pure, alkaline water, we have developed our own Ninja Jug.  This creates the perfect water to support and supercharge your health! 
 WHAT: Drink pure alkaline water!
 WHEN: Drink 1 litre of pure alkaline water first thing in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening.

Habit 8: TAKE 1 SCOOP OF PHOUR SALTS EACH DAY
These are a combination of alkaline salts, now mostly missing from our diets that will give your body everything it needs to rapidly alkalise, fill you with energy, normalise blood pressure, boost mental performance, help with digestion.  Its also a powerful stress buster!
 WHAT: Just mix one scoop in a small glass of water and drink on an empty stomach.  
 WHEN: The best effect is first thing in the morning, which will rehydrate and re-mineralise you after sleep.

Secret 4: Build
Provide the body with abundant, high quality nutrients to build new cells.
The next step in our Health Secrets system is to supply an abundance of nutrients that your body can use to create healthy new cells. You will give your body the highest quality building blocks to build your new body.
Week 4 Daily Habits Schedule
  Upon Waking: Take pHour Salts, Do Lymphatic Breathing, Take Munogen.  Have an Avocado Smoothie for breakfast.
  During The Day: Have alkaline meals for lunch and dinner. Cut out highly acidic foods and drinks.  Drink one litre of pure alkaline water mixed with Mega Greens in the morning, afternoon and evening.
  In The Evening (2 times a week): Take Himalayan Bath and Meditate
Habit 9: HAVE AN AVOCADO SMOOTHIE FOR BREAKFAST
We’ve carefully designed this smoothie to be a powerhouse of nutritional goodness. Not only does it provide a complete meal, but it is also raw, easy to digest, alkaline and delicious. It gives you at least 5-10 portions of raw, alkaline veggies in one drink.
 WHAT: Just blend the ingredients and drink for breakfast (ideally) or any time during the day!
 WHEN: The best effect is first thing in the morning, which will give you a huge nutrient, healthy fat, energy boost to kickstart your day!

Habit 10: MIX GREENS WITH YOUR PURE ALKALINE WATER EACH DAY

  During The Day: Have alkaline meals for lunch and dinner, with slow-burn carbs and 10ml of Udo's Oil. Cut out highly acidic foods and drinks. Drink one litre of pure alkaline water mixed with Mega Greens in the morning, afternoon and evening.
  In The Evening:  Go for a run (5 min warm up, 20 min fast walk/run, 5 mins warm down) in the fat burn heart zone. Take Himalayan Bath and Meditate (2 times a week.)
Habit 11: FUEL YOUR BODY THE RIGHT WAY
Swap white carbs, sugar and stimulants for slow burn carbs and UDO’s OIL (perfectly balanced organic omega oils) with each meal.
 WHAT: As part of your alkaline meals, eat slow burn carbs (brown rice, quinoa, bulgar wheat, etc.)  Take 10ml Udo's Oil with each meal.
 WHEN: Lunch and Dinner.

Habit 12: TAKE MOLECULAR HYDROGEN EACH DAY

Habit 13: EXERCISE IN THE FAT BURN ZONE EVERY DAY

 WHEN:  Any time that suits you, but we suggest in the evening.

Secret 6: Protect
Clear out pollution and neutralise free radicals to keep the body clean and slow down aging.
The first part of doing this was covered in the previous step on molecular hydrogen. This will neutralise most of the “operational” free radicals, the ones thrown off by your body functioning, as they occur. Then we will return your body to the pure and perfectly functioning level you had when you were young - generating antioxidants on-tap and removing pollution from the body.
Week 6 Daily Habits Schedule
  Upon Waking: Take pHour Salts, Do Lymphatic Breathing, Take Munogen, AquaRx and shot of Broccoli Sprout Juice. Have an Avocado Smoothie for breakfast.
  During The Day: Have alkaline meals for lunch and dinner, with slow-burn carbs and 10ml of Udo's Oil. Cut out highly acidic foods and drinks. Drink one litre of pure alkaline water mixed with Mega Greens in the morning, afternoon and evening.
  In The Evening: Go for a run (5 min warm up, 20 min fast walk/run, 5 mins warm down) in the fat burn heart zone. Take Himalayan Bath and Meditate (2 times a week.)
Habit 14: TAKE BROCCOLI SPROUT JUICE EVERY DAY
A tube is the equivalent of eating 2.6kg/5.3lbs fresh, organic, live, pure broccoli! Along with enough of the active ingredient to unleash an army of powerful antioxidants and remove built up pollution from your body!
